2. The product not working as intended.

1. Any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.

2. Any damage caused by the owner’s pet, punctures, rips tears etc.

3. Any damage caused by external forces.

4. Using the product for a purpose other than it’s intended use.

How Long Does This Coverage Last

 

This warranty lasts for 3 months from the date of original purchase of this product

 

Who is Covered

 

This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of this product. The limited warranty is not transferrable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

 

How to Claim on the Warranty

 

1. Send an email to mail@dirtylittlepaws.com with the subject line [Product] Warranty Claim, explaining the reason for this claim.

We will investigate the claim and if found to be valid:

 

1. Replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund
