  • I'm finding it difficult to blow up the doughnut?
    There's a flap inside the breather tube to help prevent air escaping once fully inflated. This needs to be pinched to allow air in. Please watch the Fitting Instructions video for further advice
  • Can I buy replacement inners?
    Yes, absolutely 😀
  • Can I buy replacement covers
    Yes, absolutely
  • Are your doughnuts suitable for cats?
    Sadly not. A cats sharp claws would puncture it too easily
  • How do I deflate the collar to fit back in the box?
    Pinch the breather tube whilst squeezing the doughnut. This should get all the air out so that it can be put back in its box until needed again
  • Does the doughnut come with a pump?
    No
